Description: The Organization provides various equipments like laptops, printer, scanner etc to employees. The management wants to keep the record of all the equipments issued to various employees and also wants from employees to file any complaint about faults in equipment easily. A fault occurs to achieve this objective through the current manual system, so it proposed to develop a computer based solution
Employee can send any complaint to the engineer and the engineer will check the problem and provide valid response. If the engineer does not attend the complaint within three days then employee can send alert to administrator. Administrator can check the status of complaint to know the reason why the complaint is not attended. Administrator can send a common message to all the employees or a particular employee.
