Project : 4-Axes Insulator Turning and Boring M/C.
Client : IEC Bhopal.

Description : This machine is a special purpose machine, designed as per
Customer specifications .It is used for maching of
Insulators (ceramic), which are used in electrical substations.

My Role : Designing of Parts for assembly using part modeling and then
Converting to 2D drawings. Updating the modifications as per
Machine specifications and Manufacturing



Project : Design of CNC Lathe Machine for axle turning
Client : COFMOW, New Delhi.
Tool : Auto CAD 2004
Description : This machine is a special purpose machine, is designed as per
Customer specifications. It is used for Turning of axles.
My role : Designing of sub-Assembly drawing. (Tail stock assy. Steady rest
Mounting assy., Z-axis assy. X-axis assy. And motor Mounting
Assy. Tool layouts. ). Preparation of Part programme and
prove out of the component as per drawing..
