2+ years professional experience
Work experience in assembly industry (cables preferred) and manufacturing industry
Knowledge in SAP (preferred) or other ERP system and ISO 2001/TS 16949
Experience in handling 20-100 workers
Good communication and reporting skills
Business fluent Kannada and English
Experience in Kaizen and 5”S”
Highly ambitious and flexible

Job Description

We are searching a candidate our manufacturing plant in Chandapura-Anekal-Road, Bangalore, who will be responsible :
Achieving daily and monthly production targets
Resource planning and effective utilization - Man, Machine, Method, Measurement and Material management
Production permance monitoring
Handling of production
Implementation of productivity and process improvement activities
Implement work management and ensuring QCDSM targets
Training and handling of workce
Controlling the WIP
